Dear Angela,
I have been raving to everyone about the fantastic spread you put together for my event at the
Orlando Science Center!
We had talked with several caterers, but you really seemed to get the spirit, flavor, - and budget -
that I was going for.
Everything was only nicer than I was expecting. The food and your delightful staff were so great.
Still, I'd like to say a little more about 2 aspects in particular.
Firstly, your specialty bakery chef is indeed an artist. The beauty and variety of delicious little jewels
she created for us was remarked on by everyone. It was far beyond what I expected.
And secondly, I was delightfully surprised by the little extra touches you placed everywhere
throughout the venue. We had never discussed any of them, but you thoughtfully brought little
sprigs of greenery for the cocktail tables, and had pretty little items on the serving tables. I was
really impressed that your coffee service bar included such extras as flavored syrups. Everyone felt
elegantly treated.
You'd done these things on your own, but the result was that I came out smelling like a rose as a
gracious and thoughtful hostess! Who could ask for more from a caterer!
If I can ever speak to a prospective client as a reference for you, I would be delighted. You can be
sure I will call you next time I put on an event!

Thank you so much for helping us pull off a flawless wedding! It was so nice to know you and your
team had everything under control. The tent set up was perfect and people are still talking about how
smoothly everything went. You and your team took over and executed the entire evening perfectly!
Having the cocktail hour before the wedding was a great idea and gave people a chance to mingle
and catch up. The food, presentation, and service were all wonderful! Our guests were so
complimentary!
